Here is the summary of our NIWBQR report, focusing on Victoria Island. The exercise was carried out on the 29th of June 2016, between the hours of 10am and 2pm.

During the exercise, we compared the network performance of two (2) Mobile Broadband Service Providers. Which included: Ntel and Smile. It is imperative to note that both of them were on LTE 100% of the time.
The performance of the radio access networks of each service provider along the evaluated routes in comparison with other service providers, is rated, using the following KPI weights: Non-LTE UE Technology, 20%; RRC Connection Drop rate, 20%; RRC Connection Setup Failure Rate, 10%; Downlink Throughput, 10%; Bins with Downlink RLC Layer throughput less than 768Kbps, 25%; and Latency, 15%.
