Enext’s leadership and engineering teams have a combination of business and engineering professionals with a long history of delivering high performance RF, analog and mixed signal products. The team members have previous successful careers at companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, Verizon, AT&T, IBM, United States Department of Energy, Bankers Trust Company and MGM/United Artists in New York, L.M. Ericsson, Econet Wireless, V-mobile, Bharti-Airtel, Shell, Virginia Tech, USA.

Mr Aderemi Adeyeye an indigen of Ekiti State has been in the telecommunications field for 48 years. He was an expert in Spat (System Performance Analysis Tool) which later changed to SPO (System Performance Optimizer) and then NPO (Network Performance Optimizer). He was an RF engineer interested in understanding end-to-end performance of the network. As such, He was deeply vested in combined network and RF performance analysis for Lucent Technologies which then became Alcatel-Lucent. He also used Network Coverage Virtualizer (NCV) substantially for doing performance analysis work for Alcatel-Lucent. He was the RF technical lead for the first LTE deployment in the Washington Metropolitan Area (Verizon 2010) and the SME for the NY/NJ deployment (AT&T 2011 to 2014). After that, he provided national technical leadership for LTE deployment by Sprint using Alcatel-Lucent products. He shared a patent with two colleagues in forward error correction coding for data transmission in the unused portion of the North American Television Standard signal (NTSC) for data transmission, as technical leader of a project to generate an independent source of funding for the Public Broadcasting Service. He has BSEE and BS Math degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland, USA.

He  provides leadership for project sourcing, planning, design and execution. Ayo has over 20 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry.  He started is career with L.M. Ericsson as a Telecoms Engineer from 1994-2001. He held various managerial appointments with Econet Wireless, V-mobile and Bharti-Airtel International from 2001-2017. Engr. Dr. Lekan Olaosebikan has over 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry with Shell International  both in Nigeria and in the Netherlands from 1992 to present. His academic qualifications include degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Mechanics from Canada and USA, comprising M.Sc. (Univ. of Alberta, 1976), M.S.E (Johns Hopkins Univ., 1979) and Ph.D. (Virginia Tech. Univ., 1983). Prior to his work in Shell, he was an Assistant Professor at Virginia Tech, USA (1983 – 1985) and later, a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria (1986 – 1992). He is a member of several engineering professional bodies including the American Societies of Engineering Science and Experimental Mechanics, US-based National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) and Nigerian Society of Engineers.
