Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager: As a Business Development Manager at Enextgen Wireless Limited, you will lead the company’s revenue generation efforts by identifying and pursuing marketing and sales opportunities for our services and products. This role involves significant outward-facing activities and requires effective collaboration with other company functions to enhance our engineering services and product offerings. You will work closely with our RF design and network engineering teams to develop innovative services and products tailored for the Nigerian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation:
    • Lead efforts to generate revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our services and products.
  • Marketing and Sales:
    • Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms to promote our offerings.
    • Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and markets to expand our reach.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Liaise with other company functions to understand and contribute to the development and enhancement of our engineering services and products.
    • Work closely with RF design and network engineering teams to create unique services or products for the Nigerian market.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Maintain substantial technical skills to ensure a deep understanding of our roles in enhancing the quality of wireless communication networks.
  • Client Relations:
    • Accept responsibility for outward-facing activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Basic understanding of Telecommunication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Experience working in the telecommunication industry
  • IT related certification is an added advantage
